Does anybody have any photos of Jade demonstrator/race rep painted bikes they can put up on here please? I think they were based in Wakefield and stopped sometime in the early 90's.

I can remember a Mk1T5 that was in Harrogate around 93/94 that was painted up with their logo and graphics and a couple of cutdowns that were featured in Scootering.

A google search hasn't thrown anything up, so if you have any photos please can you post them.

if i remember rightly a mate of mine was waiting for Armandos to build him a T5 back in the day , then a lad who knew him told him he saw a scooter with the same reg as his being built at a shop in wakey ,,, sorry no pics for you but it was a nice job whoever painted it

I reckon that Jason Frost might be able to help with info about Jade Scooters.

Thanks for the link... I like that. The T5 in Harrogate was red, yellow and green with white lettering it used to park on valley drive if you remember it?

There was a cutdown featured in Scootering with GP drops on..this was in the early/mid 90's and they were the first dropped Lammy bars I'd seen at that time.

I don't know Jason...but from what I can read from that link the owners of Jade were from Sheffield too?

Any more Jade bike pics out there...really want to see the cutdown Lambo's. Alternatively if anyone can remember any issue they were featured in.

F*ck..where'd you find that?

I do vaguely remeber the Jade you're on about but going back some. I bought a T5 about 4 years ago from a lad in Scotland, up somewhere near Inverness from memory & when I went to get it it had Jade style paintwork on front end. Sadly was beyond rescue so had to be redone.....don't see many about....

There's some Jade shots in that link I pm'd you mate, in the 90s pages.............


1990's page two under the Southport 94 bit there's a Jade Lammy but no drops.............
