I'm running a 35 mikuni so plenty off room for carb. they are super light.very well made . they fit well and look the business . i have had the tank in for about 1000 miles so far and no sign off wear....there is one downside to these tanks and that's the price, with the pound being crap and shipping cost it can be quite pricey....
i also recently had a look at the rimini tank, i found them quite heavy and the finish was not to good, but would look good after some work....if i had a choice out off the 2... i would go for the jet 200 hundred tank just my opinion....

You bought the tank from Jet 200 dot com? or you have a Serveta tank?
