Can anyone help please?

I have managed to shear off a damper stud in one of my fork links and although I live near the engineering capital of the World, I aint got a clue where I'm going to take it to get it removed!!!!

I want to try and keep the same sized stud so need to get this one removed, whilst protecting the thread. The stud in the picture is out of the other side, but the one still in there is right up to the hex.

Can anyone suggest an engineering firm that might sort it for me in the Black Country/Birmingham area or is there some kind soul out there who might have a go at it if I send it to them?

Many thanks in advance
BOON

Drill using 1/16th bit, add heat then penetrating oil, let stand then repeat, then drill with a 1/8th left hand drill bit when hot, It should come right out when the cutting point of the 1/8th bit catches on the edge of the hole the 1/16th bit made.
