Have just rebuilt engine and am thinking forward to the point when the bodywork is finished and will be ready to slot in. It was a 150 Vijai, but has now been bored out to 175cc with the head re-profiled to suit. Transfers opened up and matched to casings. Inlet and exhaust ports opened up too. (a bit aka http://drunkmunkey6969.googlepages.com/ ... nceporting)
Now I have a choice of the original Injun Jetex 22mm carb, which I have throughly cleaned, and a second hand Injun big bore exhaust, or a 24mm OKO carb and said exhaust or even a 30mm OKO carb. Air box has had baffle removed for better airflow too. Any suggestions?
