Has anyone used them
are they any good

Were the Casa ones you had the type with no holes? I have a set of Casa ones (not fitted them yet) but they have no holes. I'm sure I read previously that they were very stiff. My plan was to just use one on the right if that was the case.J1MS wrote:I Put these Indian Mounts in to replace the Casa ones, the Casa lasted about 1500 miles which was 4 days riding going to Italy 2003. The replacement ones have been in since I got back from Italy. Four Euro Rallys later and well over 12000 miles and still in there, far better than anything else available IMO.
No the ones I changed on that scoot were the Casa ones with Three holes. but I did used the Tino solid Reinforced ones with no holes, and the vibration was so bad I took the engine apart and checked the Crank bearings & the crankshaft to see if it had spun and Flywheel to see if it was out of balance, all was OK, so I changed the mounts on that one as well. It was unridable for anything more than very short trips, now its pretty smooth.corrado wrote:Were the Casa ones you had the type with no holes? They did stiffen up the ride over the std mounts. should work well on the track just get a pair of foam grips or you could end up with white finger. still have the ones I took out. PM me with your address and you can have them no charge I will even pay the postage, mainly cus you will use them . All the best matecorrado wrote:I was only going to use one on the racer, so in my case...............very.................short trips.
The holes in the mount aren't in the right position to achieve this - although I know this is what is in Sticky's book as the correct position.MarkH wrote:Left side: 8 and 10 o'clock
