I work at a shop called Ptown Scooters in Portland Oregon. Not a concourse build by any means, but this is how I spent my weekend. The guy purchased the bike on the sly through our shop and had it resprayed as a total surprise for his wife's 40th birthday. Today.
Happy Birthday to her.
He even had flowers delivered 20 minutes before they showed up.
What a champ.
I felt compelled to share as my friend Jeff took pictures during the assembly.
