I've been adviced to use Silkolene Pro SRG 75 gear oil,
but I can't find one.

What other alternatives,can I use?
Is normal SAE 90 an option?

I'll put it on a Rapido 250,
I don't believe that it will have more than 20hp,
can I use standard 200cc springs,
for lighter clutch action?

Yes you can use ST90 still.

Don't know about the springs but my wife can pull the supplied ones in fine so doubt you will need to change unless you have a very limp wrist.

I think Dan / Sean have the Maxima range of oils and I think they do a 75 SAE gearbox oil that may be suitable.
Sean?
