hi has any one had problems fitting these exhausts i tried fitting one to my gp200 and found the crankcase brkt was over half inch out and you had to pack it out as well so it does not touch the side panel :P

Do you mean an 80's one?

I have an OTK 80's Fresco I was trying to fit my LI at the weekend and the crankcase bracket was out. :(

if i remember rightly the OTT frescos were cut-and-shut regular ones and always needed some kind of packing at the crankcase bracket as the modification means they dont sit in the same position as the UKS ones..

I've put the PM on and will keep the Fresco back for the cutdown.

I've got problems stacked up to the f@@king roof, so this will have to wait.

i think i have sorted it by using extended nuts on the crankcase 8mm studs and fastening the brkt with
bolts going into the extended nuts. if all fails i have a scorpion i can fit.
