I'm in the process of building myself a ts1 225 and will be running a mikuni 35mm carb, the question is wich exhaust and gearing would best suit. I'll be doing alot of two up touring with camping gear on.
I've got a JL2 and a PM exhaust. i'm looking for a decent amount of pull with a bit left for overtaking etc.

i like a 16/46 on a li150 box . works for me 2up and solo

i run indian gp200 box with 19/46 on pm pipe two up or one up with luggage and sometimes with camping gear too.
i had run it on 19/47 before and both these set ups work for me

16,46 on an li150 gearbox with a jl3 and 35mil mikuni
Gives a final drive of 4.9 or there abouts
