ts1 nicasil reline?

i'm running 4.7 gearing have done between 10-12000 miles open carb, can anyone tell me if the barrel is possibly ready to be relined? The asso piston needs replacing? af crank needs a rebuild? cheers.

use langcourt m8 i just sent my ktm to them as i was reccommened them by a few professionals

after those miles its at least worth a strip down to check bore condition, ring gap, piston clearance etc....then decide on what it needs.

Just got mine back from Langcourt, a re nicasil is about £110 and if any welding needs doing ( mine did ) £150.
Sent mine with the piston and they sorted it out with the correct gap. ( it was an A grade barrell and a B grade psiton)
A week turnaround
Very good service and the barrell comes back like new.
