ooooh look at me asking a technical question! i'm so proud of myself..

anyway..

my mate has got a 225 mugello kit on standard GP200 gearing ..italian....don't ask me i'm just typing...ancilotti clubman exhaust (48mm)
30mm phb dellorto. the bike runs like a top and loads of torque but hits the "wall"at about 65ish...what exhaust would you recomend to make it rev out that bit better without losing the grunt...plus he assumes he'll change the gearing

mugello is a little short on top end but try a jl4 for that little bit more.

i suspect that going to a JL4 on this from a clubman would be a step too far....without some porting mods..
race pipe on a quite restricted barrel......not good..
better maybe to try a JL3/devtour and even then ,that would really require some de restricting of porting... :D

but before changing pipes, first maybe try a 19 tooth front sprocket.... :D

I ran a JL3 on my old Muggy 225 and it was superb.

A Devtour from MB would do what you want, worth considering it.
