lots of lambos have that "in built"... cruise control device."....other wise known here as a sticking throttle.... :D

I think you're missing the point mates: Lucio is a 64-years-old that suffered a liver transplant in 1996. As he wanted to demonstrate that life goes on even after a disease, and to say another time "thank you" to the hospital team that operated him, he made this challenge and this video (sponsored by the "Maggiore" hospital in Milan)
