I've got one of these clutch sprockets:https://scooter-center.com/scoweb/pages ... AT_ANTRIEB
And I want to deepen the slots so I can use it with a 5 plate clutch. Whats the best way of doing it and what tools to use?
I have a dremel and most tools you can imagine. I know I can just buy a new sprocket but I have this one just doing nothing.
Cheers Nick :ugeek:

i tried with a dremmel but it took ages and i used 3 cutters at £5 each :? it was still s**t then my mate did it on a milling machine freehand and it looked good think he used a 4mm cutter ...the hardest bit is cetting the bottom of the cut square a proper burr cutter does this very well dremmels dont , i wouldnt do one again id buy this instead http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LAMBRETTA-CLUTCH- ... 1c0f358820
