Whats the measurement from the centre line of a crank to the gasket face?
I know they are all slightly different but what should it be?
The nearest i can measure it is 74.6mm but i would imagine the correct factory measurement should be 75mm
Thanks

I tried measuring with verniers ie halve diameter of crank case then adding the thickness of the casing at the trans. ports
Result 74.6mm
But just thought of another way
std engine piston comp height 39mm
+ con rod 107mm
+ halve stroke 29mm
total 175mm
std barrel height 101mm
deck height -1mm
total 100mm
That would leave 75mm

I think i should of added the gasket to the original measurment
I think ive just answered my own question
The reason i was asking was so i could draw and work out the differences timings when lifting, lowering or stroking a barrel
I know i could use timing calculators but i like to see it drawn out
