I just thought that we could have a bit more ying and yang ,this is my rb250 with sanderson double disc and outboard front shockers,franspeed pipe and vapor speedo.

Hows the running in going, so whats the front end like under braking can only imaging its top notch

Hi ,got around 200 miles on it last week ,haven't been on it since sunday ,the front shockers are realy hard ,even on the bottom setting they hardly move,so hoping they will bed in a bit (even with my weight).The front brakes another story ,can't seem to bleed the air out properly ,its come to a bit with using it,going to try and bleed it again at the weekend and if it's no better i have another master cylinder to try but it will need the mounting swaping as well.Also waiting for the speedo wire extension to arrive, as i'm going to run it off the rear hub as theres to much going on at the front end.

In the past on bikes ive had i used to use a self bleeding kit which always gave better results then doing alone, it was basically a tube with a valve inside very clean to use and you dont use lots of brake fluid.

Team V couple of things to check with regard to your front end being hard ,take of the hub and shocks and check that your links move freely with the trailing link bolts tight , sometimes the bushes are not fitted correctly in link if they dont move freely, but do if you loosen the link bolt that could be part of the stiffness. Also before you remove hub make sure the bolts in your linkage arms are not tight they need to be able to revolve freely. usualy if people have over stiff front end its one of these things as the shocks are only about as stiff as an uprated internal system.Give me a bell at unit if problem persists 01772 721714. With regard to bleeding we use a large syringe and work from the bottom up . There are ball bearings under the bleed nipple remove these with a magnetic screwdriver put the nipple back on and fill with fluid on one side until fluid shows in mstr cyl. take nipple out replace ball bearing removing ball bearing makes it easier to fill. repeat process on other side once system is full you can bleed in normal way if needed .Hope this helps .

Hi frank there shouldn,t be any thing tight on the front end as you put it together for me before christmas, was going to give you a call anyway ,about doing a deal on a tubeless front hub and will check the links then.
