66mm std bore.
compression hight 30mm.
skirt length 63mm.
16mm small end pin.
gona try this in a sr alu cylinder
this is what i have come up with given where the ports are in the cylinder to start with.

58mm stroke. 115mm yamaha 400 con rod.
2mm from top of cylinder giving 126.53 degs transfer.
45mm over port.

inlet 161.66 degs.
91mm to inlet floor.
skirt uncut. 63mm.

exhaust 186.74 degs. 31mm over port.

will be running a 28/30 scootrs pwk copy and an old micek.
any thoughts or comments from those in the know
would be much appreciated.

That's the early version of the DT175 but piston port, not reed valve. I havnt used one but I believe they are wire rings and similar in position to the DT but without the windows in the Inlet side. Might be a good choice,let us know how it works.

rings are 2mm on this .dont think ill do another with this make.but there are wieseco
ones out there with a dykes top ring that looks more viable.
i have a horrible feeling.things are going to go bang
