next issue after reprofiling heads

Sorted out centring the face plate for re profiling cylinder heads and had a fun day enlarging diameters, skimming dud heads and then reprofiling them for various piston crown heights

next thing wanted to try was measuring the "actual" geometric compression ratios following JIMS ideas
shocked at how low the cylinder head volume was at 23cc on a 225, appreciate the figure of 9.5 for the above but am wondering what is the safe limit for the corrected compression ratio it is 6.0 to 1 on 95 ron and do people use this in preference to the GCR if the two are in conflict
articles and old books read seem to gloss over this area a little
numpty needs assistance from those in the know
