bought a s1 100/90/10 and a wide split rim,when fitting fixing together seem to have a gap where the tyre meets the rim outer edge,tried all sorts of lube and 50 psi ,any tips please.

Not quite sure what you mean..? Is it where the tube valve is..? If yes deflate and push the tube upwards then seat the tyre then pull the valve back into place..If its not that Im lost..!

Thanks,but its when i bolt it together and inflate it,its a gap around the edge of the entire rim , like the tyre will not be pushed up to the edge all the way,hope this helps.

..that seems odd, its not a 300/10 rim is it..(sorry dont mean to be rude) just seems strange..so you can see innertube when tyre fitted..?

It should inflate to the edge unless it is a different tire in itself

I just fitted a raceman 100/90 onto wide split rims and it does sit differently to the yokos i have been using, and it could be said there is a "gap"... but I hadn't thought of it as such and it's not something I thought was going to be a problem.
icy roads have stopped me actually riding on it yet...

Give me 5 mins..I will brave the snow and go down to the shed and measure mine...I will measure from rim to edge of rubber bulbus edge..
