I have an Indian GP200 crank gathering dust.
I'm I correct in thinking I only need to change the big end bearing to have a usable crank?

I've been looking for a bearing on line today & have found this http://www.lambretta.net/shop/shopexd.asp?id=907
for a 22mm pin.
Are all the Indian GP200 cranks 22mm?

Noticed they also have conrods kits, so say with a 110mm rod & a 3mm packing plate whats the increase in CC.

I would rather change the bearing than buy a new crank & still have the Indian crank taking up space.

properly rebuilt indian cranks are very good..............
there will be NO difference or gain in CC.............
CC can only be increased by bigger bore,or longer stroke...................or both.
your conrod could be a yard long........and barrel jacked up to match.......but CC would remain the same.

sean are the vijay 150 cranks the same web size as indian 200 s. i.e is it worth my while to get my spare fixed and converted ,sorry for the hijack rbg .

SOME INDAIN CRANKS ARE 22.9MM SOME ARE 22MM

entrust your crank rebuild to someone who knows what they are doing..........
indian webs etc are actually very good..........
with a new race spec bearing and new conrod.........it will be as good as you can get for the price.........and better than most more expensive ones..........

what i was getting at was one is easily(cheaply rebuilt) the other cost more or it did last time i asked

I noticed that when looking for the bearing, Looks like I've struck lucky for once.
