buy an indian GP150 barrel, an ASSO 175 PISTON , get it bored out and tuned to a proper stage four. you"ll have change from 200 easily. or ask on the web for a 175 kit someone has taken off to upgrade. cast 175 kits are topper if fetled right. decent carb and pipe , and itll gan canny. 8-)

Have you tried Rayspeed, their 175 ally kit is well finished?

buzzsolomotto 185 kit @ £135 clearance checked ,inlet studs reworked ,cylinder head reworked just bolt on
add manifold @ £10 jetex 22mm carb @ £30 and a 125 jet @ £5
remove baffle from air scoop and air box and enjoy

Porting would need sorting as the liner is usually offset on these. Would work well after a session with Harry Barlow but very dissapointing as STD. The Rayspeed kit would be better.

That's the route I'd choose.

are they ported and polished for that when i say ported its only tidying really are the transferes the same height and the liner matched to the ally outer with a nice shape to the inlet and outlet harrys are i know he charges more for this service but there fully sorted and he will give instructions on jets and timing i know buzz does a good job as well
