30mm Delly set-up help

A mate has just re-built his 200 motor slightly ported,30mm dellorto, PM pipe, it starts eventually but is bogging down and will not run cleanly, 125 m/j, AS266 atomiser,X2 needle,unidentified pilot jet, there seems to be neat petrol dribbling from the small holes at the bottom of the mouth of the carb on tickover, any ideas. is the the float level be out ? can this be adjusted.

Im running 200 stock/30mm Dell/PM :
55 pilot
AV264 atomiser
X7 needle 2nd clip
125 main
runs sweet as and good plug colour.I had similiar problems with AS atomiser so changed to AV..hope this helps.

I would say the x2 needle was to rich as well.
Try an x13 if still to rich then x7 with a AV264

I tried an X13 and it did run rich..also AV266 but to much spit back..worse than our lass.
. so dropped to AV264 and sorted it..Thanks Mr Brady.

Thanks lads that helps a lot, will try an AV264 and X13 needle, anybody got any spare ones lying about ?

Need an X13 as well, can swap for an X2
