LI125 Gearbox on a Mugello 225

Currently running series 2 Mugello 225 / 25 PHBL / Ancillotti exhaust with LI125 (s2) gearbox on 17 / 46 sprockets. Ride it occasionally 2 up, mainly on my own, on A roads and blarting around town.
Would there be any benefit in upping the sprockets to 18/47? and if so what?
another project on the go sees me with another LI125 box - this time out of a series1 - idea is for a Mugello 186 / af clubman / 26 PHBH - what sprockets would suit? Similiar usage as s2
Any thoughts chaps?

At the moment you have a final drive of 5, and you will have the same if you set up the 186 with the li 125 1, this is probably about right, if you go 18/47 this will run taller at 4.8 on paper you will get a little more top end, but may suffer up hills and especially if riding 2 up.

Barely any difference with the final drive ratio (4.98 @ 10.3 MPH/1000RPM to 4.81 @ 10.6 MPH/1000RPM)

When do us mere mortals get our hands on the latest version of the gear calculator?

It's one of those things where every time you look at it, you think it could be tweaked a bit more. I still don't think it's as intuitive as it could be but I'll try and get the next version out this weekend, and then fiddle about with a further update if I think I can improve it.

Its a dam site better than the one I did, well done.
As for 125 boxes I think we tend to overlook them in favour of 150's at the end of the day the gear box is only one part of the formula, sprockets and chains give loads of variables, with a box that has a good 1st to get you going and no big jumps
