does anyone know how many amps does the variotronic put out at tickover (1500rpm approx) and how many at approx 3000rpm.
this any help?

the reason i ask is im pulling 8 amps on start upwith my lights on and would like to know more spec b4 i start on this scoot

According to the specs and maintaining 12v:-
1500rpm = approx 12W = 1A
3000rpm = approx 62W = 5.166A
Even if it could achieve the 90W claimed this would only give 7.5A
