side stand

hi all iam after a side stand for my cutdown,iam wanting to weld it on,does anybody no were i can get a decent one from or does anybody have a spare to sell

you could use one of the aftermarket vespa ones.............this entails a bit of reworking though,depending on which side of your scoot you want it on..........
alternatively.......and what i often do ,is get one off a bike.........check out local breakers etc............

the ones on gilera runners might be suitable as they bolt up a bit like the vespa ones,ill dig one out and post a pic
