Carburettor - Float Needle Valve ,, what size

Need a bit of help ,, built a 175 engine,lammy, 30 mm delly ,scootrs pipe, got ma jetting just about right , but wondered what Float Needle Valve size to use its got a 225 in it at mo , but when i get to between 1/2 and 3/4 throttle is splutters a bit , any ideas,,,??
jets are as follows
120 main
x13 needle ,2nd clip
av 260
and a 52 pilot
choke 70

ps ,,can be a pain in the ass to start some times but after it starts its ok :roll:

try an AV264 diffuser/atomiser...
your tap jet would be better at 250.

Hello agian ,, tried the 264 sean ,,,man it made the spluttering worse , mid throttle was like a machine gun ,,lol will try a 262 :roll:
