i am struggling perched over the bars with twin saddles so i need a duel seat. the only one that looks like it will suit is the Nannucci cafe racer type.
are they comfy though or are they a vibe factory like the ancilottis?

Will let you know soon as my series 2 has got one and I am hopefully getting my hands on it next week.
Apparently they aren't very comfy.

Do you need both seats Nick? Only one of the lads over in Blackpool fabricated a plate mechanism to move the front seat further back and it has a tilt and lock system to get at the petrol cap. I could ask him if he wants to build any more. Or I could pass on your details to him?

ah, i would be very interested in this. its what started the thought process but i gave up.
its actualy my knees that hit the bars and after riding the jet200 i realised what a pain in the ass/knees the series 1 is to ride......specialy with no back brake, no front dampers, a slightly flat rear tyre and the worse cable operated front disc in the world. Add to that my new turbotastic tuned ts1 is so grunty it barks and it feels like im riding a bouncy castle with an f1 engine under it.
i think i have a series 2 bench seat i could use too but the vietnambynucci looked period drama enough.

Hello Martin (excuse me is that your name Sir? Sorry if I got it wrong

) Like Cezeta, this sounds very interesting as I am building a scooter with a huge period delivery metal box that takes the rear part of the scooter and half of one full bench seat. Hence the only option is a saddle. Your option sounds very nice. Some piccies would be very very nice.
Cheers mate,
Jaime
