Nick J and I spent a couple of hours making new exhaust nuts for his RB with the new style exhaust stub

able to be lockwired and very easy to tighten in situ, the same couldnt be said for taking the original nuts off

sorry about quality of pics

I dont know anyone running a PM on a Iron Scoot, have an old Iron PM which appears to have a decent drop before the bend and it seems the tight nut would be on the kickstart side

are there many variations with PM's does the above make sense compared to your pipe

if so I can do one

Are they any different from the ones I already have from you David? Only I've just ordered a Franspeed Race for my RB.

Not too different

drill 6 holes about 15mm down from the top to lockwire, normal place means wiring would have to be cut to remove exhaust

slightlly longer turned length to clear stub as clearance is very tight, use a spring washer,

let me know if too short
