My mate wants to sell his Indian GP 200.

It's in standard form 200 engine, 22 Jetex, electronic and crap pipe.

Yellow Ochre built by CLW, still in nice condition.

Lives in Essex.

Anyone with an opinion on price in the current market?

I presume yo uare thinking of one that needs restoring first? These basket-case GP150s that need fully restoting cost about £500-£600.

Buff...is your mates sprayed up, serviced, registered and ready to ride?

If so, price would more likely be £1400 - £1800 wouldnt it?

Depends on the spec i suppose?

He does say it was done by Cambridge Lambretta so it would be a fully restored scoot. Don't know what CLM charge as I fairly sure they do them themselves rather than get them done in India as some do. That being the case it would have cost a fair bit more in the first place and MIGHT therefore be worth a bit more, not much though

It was a complete resto by Camlam.

Nice scooter if you like Ochre.

I think he paid bundles for it  But Camlam do charge.

Probably get half what he paid for it.

Okay you have to look at the reality here their knocking new ones out on ebay for £1500 and i know a few that have paid as little as £1400 . As i said there are loads on ebay and a lot don,t sell . Privatley he might get more but the reality is there are to many for the demand needed . Also people are becoming a lot wiser now that its not quite an Italian Lambretta un-like a couple of years ago when they were coming over by the boat load and people were been duped by glossy adds in scootering magazine . Not trying to be harsh here just realistic ,at the end of the day an Italian Lambretta is a piece of cult history an Indian Lambretta is er available now.

Yes, it's Mick's. Not to be confused with the other Mick, from the prison, who rides a silver GP TS1.
