Help, run out of ideas!

Following on from my post a few days back about jetting for a tuned SR175 kit. I am running this kit with a 22mm dellorto, 42mm clubman, GP crank, Indian electronic kit, TV wider mouthed airbox and opened up air scoop.
The scooter starts and accelerates ok but no matter what I do to the main jet it has no noticeable affect. I have tried 118, 124, 125, 126, 128, 132 & 135 but no real difference! I set the timing with a piston stop to find TDC and have set the timing to 18 degrees with a timing disc and checked with a strobe (all appears to be about right). The exhaust doesn't seem to be blocked and even if I remove the hose from the carb so running open mouthed it still doesn't seem to alter much. It gets up to about 45 in 3rd and them max's out at about 55 in 4th and feels as though it holding back. Any suggestion would gratefully accepted. Cheers.
