Built a rt 238 for a mate recently, thought you may be interested.
RT kit with 71mm piston,
matched & flowed 30mm inlet
Alpha 60mm crank 110mm rod
30mm delorto
Indian electronic set at 17 degrees
42 mm big bore exhaust
it put out 20.3 hp at 7142 rpm and17 ft-lbs at 5377 rpm
the engine is a bit on the rich side while he gets some initial miles on the clock but has so
far done about 600 miles .The dyno was done at Diablo by Al, we also did a 205 with a standard
GP crank, 30mm delorto and a sterling exhaust ( not my prefered choice, we had to work to a budget) this did 17.2 hp at 6248 rpm and 15 ft-lbs at 5659 rpm this was also done on the Diablo
dyno . i will try and get the graphs up as soon as pos.
