Hi Pat,
Well i use a stock 5N14 needle but also have the 4DH7 as suggested by many others using the same kit as me. It is a leaner needle but i didn't find that it ran very well with it in. So i stuck with the stock needle. Not sure of the milage yet, I really don't have more then 400 miles on it since the build of my engine. I had a 28 mikuni on for the first 250 to 300 miles, and i switched it out because i was using what i thought was alot of gas, but it is really no different then the 24!! I use a half tank going to my girlfriends house which is about 35 miles away. On my stock ser. 2 li 150 i would use maybe 1/4 tank!! and i mean maybe, doing the same trip.
I have also found my idle screw is turned all the way in and back maybe one full turn for it to idle right, i also find that in order for it to keep running when cold i need to keep it at 1/8 to 1/4 throttle or it will quit. But it's fine after it's warmed up.
Don't know if any of that is a help to you. I'm running in the third clip down, and i hate to say i don't remember, but i think a 165 main, 15 pilot. This is on a 150 that has been converted to a 190.

Cheers
