Cheers folks, engine-wise it`s nothing mental unfortunately. DR130, PM pipe and 24mm Delly,upgear kit, still has standard crank and points, runs like a dream.
It`s had a full resto by myself including full legshield replacement.

Here`s a bit of a recap on Gaz`s smally, started off as a rough but running Vespa 100
It was stripped, sandblasted, had new leggies and struts fitted and any dodgy metal has been cut out and replaced with original metal from it`s own scrap legshields! Gary purchased some class goodies inc. new leggies and horncast from SIP,PM pipe,Bitubos as well as all new loom and trim to go on this on assembly and Scooter dug out a 4 speed box from his smallframe stash ;D
