Anybody out there with big cc's?
With big cc's, 225 to 250 (iron,rapido,longer stroke crank)with a standard 20/22 carb & standard lookinlg exhaust? What's the performance?
225 rapido, I tried the standard 22mm Jetex but it didnt seem any faster than the 200 Rapido I had just taken off. So I fitted a reamed out 22 Jetex 26mm (ISH) and it was alot quicker on acceleration, and slightly faster than the 22mm carb. This was when the kit was nearly new and was a little quicker than it is now. It would be alot faster with somthing like a 30mm Carb... IMO
