my manifold just about clashes with my frame any way of getting around this little problem..

its on a mugello 186 and has a r1 shock..

Off centre cones?
If you do - get decent ones - I bought some off ebay and couldn't get them to fit :?
If it aint broke.........tinker with it.....

Have you got the proper Mugello downdraught manifold?

You don't have to use this manifold with the Mugello barrel. It will tilt your carb up and back from the engine mount and cylinder cowling, but it will also clear the frame with an R1 shock. Mike Phoenix and CamLam sell them ;)
