metal bits on magnetic drain plug ?

when changing my oil i noticed 4 bits shiney broken metal stuck to the drain plug on looking closer its a roller off the chain this is bad right? what could happen if i keep riding it ? chain snap ?

yes dont ride it till youve had a look ,you will only wreck your engine totherwise .

I'd agree with that, the consequences of the chain snapping and locking your rear wheel don't bare thinking about :shock: :shock:

well hav chain case of and cannot see a roller missing ? anyideas?

also the chain must worn out as there is 3 groves cutting into the casing above the mb chain guide u can move the chain with u hand so it easy touches the caseing?

1) you're not looking hard enough

2) It's not a chain roller.

3) It's something other than a chain roller

4) it's been in there for years

5) The chain sounds like it's bolloxed, change it

6) thoroughly clean out the chaincase

Alright gaz, i might have a spare chain, not sure what size it is though. Bit of a bummer if you gotta strip the box.. :( but then again, i gotta do the same tommorow.....welcome to the club
