R1 shock.What's yous set up?

Love the look of my R1 shock, they look brilliant, just not convinced about the performance of it.Springs right for my weight (12 stone, sorry lads

), but doesn't feel right. Anyone out there want to share their settings?

At 12 stone I don't think you're heavy enough to have a r1 shock fitted to your Lammy, in fact I don't even think you're heavy enough to even own or ride a Lambretta, isn't their a law about that or something

ha Ha f***king quality......

know what he means though im about 13 1/2 and have a BGM rear shock it came with instructions for a BGM stator but nothing about the shock...So same here, anyone have instructions...

180lb spring seems ok for little ode me at 17(ish) stone

JUST START AT THE SOFTEST SETTIN ON THE REBOUND AND COMPRESSION DIALS THE LARGE RING ONLY NEEDS ADJUSTING IF YOUR GOING 2 UP what bushes do you have and how have you fixed the shock to the mounts

Shocky, no complaints about the quality shock at all as I bought it off you.It's on brass bushes and today I've not hardened the nuts down too hard and loctited them (stainless dome nuts), also wound the spring down to it's softest setting, so I'll see how it goes to Rhyll tomorrow.

yes there fine the spring size is 7 inches long and 2.25 inches diameter im sure you can source those ypur side of the globe that seller isnt me but i have a few in stock
