the jet 200 was a poor seller in the uk so the 74 models were still being sold in 75.......domkoff m reg is 73/74 and n reg is 74/75 when we state the year over here its usualy relating to reg plate not manifactured date.
my 59 vespa is actualy 62 on original papers for example. so if you ask what year it is then to me its a 62

So following that reasoning, numcakes...a framebreather might as well be a 1970 Lambretta? Why you boys have to do everthing backwards?

thats right, byt the floorboards were more flared by then. i think my 74 m plate is actually a 75 or my 79 is an 80 one or the other but one of them was no-longer in production when sold new in the uk.
another uk odity wasd that now and then a plate would be re issued so you got an a reg on what should have been an f reg which meant the scooter was sold before it was actualy designed. my triumph tigress is like that.
see you know apretiate good old fashioned fasism where no choices means no mistakes
