just stripped barrell of scooter because of bottom gasket gone and noticed oil around plug on the outside of cylinder,plug nice and tight, is their eny solu

As no one seems to want to reply, I'll give you my thoughts in that the metal gasket on the plug has probably got too compressed to form a gastight seal. Get a new plug.
