As the title says really, anyone have any hints or tips? Had a couple of near misses after going over holes in the road and just managed to catch it in time.
Thanks.

you can either try twisting the panels so that they tighten on the frame or put some panel locks on ,i got these on mine after a panel came of ,theres no chance of it now

Bend the catches and place a small length of fuel pipe over the upright bit that butts up against the rear of the frame...

i welded a small strip of steel to the panel where the
clip sits to stop it from springing off, this was done
before the panels were painted though.

Not using stainless clips by any chance are you, 'cos they're crap?

I had this problem until I changed them, I found the best clips and plate are the Indian ones from Scooter Restorations, very tough and springy

I put some small packing on the clips, the upright to the back of the frame it puts more tension and makes them springy..

Thanks for all the help, there's a few things to consider there.
Thanks again.
