These are very soft the speed on a Dremel is I find best kept low and a light even pressure used... Do not use once the tip wears down as the metal that protrudes will scratch the freshly polished alloy fairly heavily... But I like these they can do an excellent job but it has to be close to a finished size first as they only remove a small amount... I also use these for polishing the windows in pistons to prevent cracks forming and for finishing the reed block off where its been modded...
