Every one is different, but you can start here.......20 pilot / 320 main / 57 needle, middle clip......and take it from there.

My TS1 230 with a very big exhaust port, widened boost and transfer feeds runs very lean with a JL4
Pilot 17.5-20

320 Main
And its still too rich at 1/4 throttle.
