Just got BMG shock, but no instructions with it? anyway went on fine and seems that the bottom has 20 clicks and the top which you use a spanner to turn just goes left to right and vice versa.

Does anyone know how to set them up. Im around 131/2 stone and have set the bottom to what i presume is 10 and thats about it.

Hi Syd I am about the same weight as you I put all the settings on central and worked from there. Mine has the black 180 spring and found I had to adjust the preload (C spanner) a fair bit to stop it grounding out first against the inside of the rear mudguard and then again as the RB got run in and the NK expansion ground out on fast bends.....fun though :bouncing:

Oh do grease the fixing points to frame and engine unless you want the BGM up your BUM

pete, so the top is the preload. whats the bottom one for?
