I'm buying an LiS with unmolested original factory paint that's seen better days. It's got a fair amount of surface rust (no rot) and some deep scratches etc.
The plan is to ride the scooter unrestored as I love the 'rusteration' look, and that includes washing it (fairly) regularly and riding in all weathers.
Anybody know any products I can use to treat or cover the paint that'll protect the paint and stop the rust from spreading and eating the whole scooter.
Owatrol Oil sounds like good stuff. Anybody know who sells it?
