Dellorto Needles?

OK, I know this should be in carb section but as I'm a virgin in the realms of 'big carbs' and as I'm about to fit Delly 28mm to my scoot just wanted to confirm that when you say 'needle 2nd clip' you mean 2nd clip from top of needle.
