I've just bought one of those Billet air Air Intakes from Rich Presley.
I am running a TMX 30 and it's quite close to the panel but seems to be ok.
When I cut the hole I'll no doubt get more , fresher air being sucked in, will it mean i'd need to upjet to suit?

Sacrelige!!! I can't watch that precious piece of Italian steel be parted from it's fellow panel and be lost forever (after all these years and through one World War!!) so that a new carb can cough and splutter through it like a swine with flu!!

i supose it all boils down to the same old dilema............
you,d like of course to keep the classic looks....................but would also like modern performance.............
unfortunatly ..............you cant have your cake and eat it...................
sometimes you have to compromise...............to achieve the best of two worlds.............
a hole in the panel will improve performance...............for this owner...........which he will enjoy....................yet is easy to rectify on re sale to someone (an anorack) that would want just a std scoot with the original performance/looks.................
