i have heard that some
pipes cause piston holing. how is this caused? is it a suck it out but not back in - timing kind of glitch. anyone understand this and can shed some light on it?
i have not got a specific problem......just want to look good when i explain it to someone else some day

me too.........
although i would just add that whenever swapping pipes (especially to a more efficient one).............re jetting should be done to suit.

I've always rejetted or at least done a few plug chops. Just to make sure.

Is it possible for some pipes to cause a weak spot that's hard to dial/impossible to out

yes this was the line i was thinking, no disrespect chaps but i was looking for a bit more depth to the theory involving pulse timing exit tube diamiters ect.

Have been wondering about this myself, also does the exhaust material play a part?
