Li 125 with 175 conversion kit. 20 mm Dellorto. 42mm Clubman.
Keeping the standard gearbox, what primary drive would be best?

I'd leave it standard, you'll just get there slightly quicker.

The 125 LI gear box will make pulling away two up very very easy... but the first gear will feel very short as normally the extra torque of a 175 barrel finds the end of an LI 125 first gear very quickly...

Did one of these conversions earlier this year using a TWE kit which supplied a 16T front sprocket giving 16 x 46 seems to go pretty well

Just done one as well 16x46 seems fine
