spoke to them today and they laughed at the quality of the windings and the wire used, have been promised it will be a lot more powerful when i get it back .

I think the scootrs coils use a thinner size wire similar to the lighting coils of the original Innocenti stator, so it is better to use 2 of the coils in parallel with the other two. Using them in series, although increasing unloaded voltage would, I think, restrict current due to the higher impedance within the coils.Doom Patrol wrote:Come to think of it has anybody tried doing it yourself with the ScootRS 12v coils?
