Crap Rock oil ?
Went to a scooter do at British Aerospace/Salmesbury/Lancs a few weeks ago.Me and a mate Re-stocked up on Rock oil/fully synthetic/synthesis 2 from an on site stall. When we used it both bikes ran like pigs and smoked there brains out! Changed back to our older bottles/New fuel/changed plug/cleaned carb and we are now back to normal.Did anyone on here buy any and have problems with any bought from the site or any other suppliers?cheers Andy.

Could it have been the fuel and not the oil?
Turn On, Tune In, Cop out!
We filled up at different places,so chances are pretty slim.I think the oil in the crap tub is a bit thinner.Showed it to guys who come Tea cadging and they think so too.

That's worrying if someone is trying to put some counterfeit stuff out there.J1MS wrote:Synthesis Injector is thinner but its pretty much smoke free once a scooters up to temperature if mixed at anything between 3-4%.... maybe its just somthing pretending to be Rock oil..??
I do not try to explain why I ride Lambrettas,
For those who understand, no explanation is necessary,
For those who don't, no explantion is possible.
