Good evening
My scooter has developed an issue
When I start it for first time with choke on for around
10-15 seconds the revs rise but the settle down.
Any suggestions please

If it's suddenly started doing this, I would check things like the air hose isn't loose or is split, the carb manifold, carb clamp and carb top and exhaust manifold are all tight.
